We have a link to ​https://scripts-cert.mit.edu/~geofft/stella.php in http://scripts.mit.edu/faq/14, and ​http://jump.scripts.mit.edu/trac/wiki refers to it as "​Scripts Stella Service", so maybe we should move that into the scripts locker.

If somebody wants to move it, Geoff says:

       The source should be considered public domain, and if you don't have
       access to it, you're welcome to use scripts-root bits or something to
       get it.
